Whether you’re a wine buyer for a restaurant, a retailer, or an avid consumer hoping to spend your wine budget wisely, this session is for you.  We’ll present both “testable” wines and other regional benchmarks – we have to be able to assess all, professionally and personally.  In pursuing certifications, there’s a fierce focus on identifying wines when tasting blind.  But – are we able to recognize superior juice if it’s not a classic expression?  Can we make a quality call independent of product knowledge or price point? In tasting this line-up, we’ll assess the quality of fruit, balance, length, and all the elements that lead to the simple conclusion, “It’s quality in the glass.”  Empower yourself to recognize quality in wine, no matter the circumstance. 

Curious about what the wines are? See the wines listed in alphabetical order. It can still be a "single-blind tasting" for you when you get the kit, since the wines will be arranged in a different tasting order.

Webinar will be on Friday, March 6, at 1 PM Pacific, and the recording will be available on March 7. The kit will come with the usual MTW-style tasting notes and WSET's Systematic Approach to Tasting wine grids.
