Located on the Central Coast of California in Santa Barbara County, SAMsARA Wine Co. crafts limited-production Pinot Noir, Syrah, Grenache, and Chardonnay from meticulously chosen micro-sites in Sta. Rita Hills’ most expressive and coveted vineyards. The ocean breezes cool our vines in the evening, and the sun warms the hillsides during the day, leading to a perfect climate for classic Burdundian and Rhône varietals. Guided by a philosophy that great wine begins in the vineyard, Winemaker Matt Brady selects blocks where soil, elevation, and exposure best reflect the site's potential. Minimal intervention in the cellar allows the purity of the fruit and the character of the terroir to shine through. All of our wines are made from sustainably farmed vineyards.
