Description
This kit contains wines from Uruguay and New Zealand, two countries located a significant distance from each other, but both are making a significant mark in the wine world. The two Uruguay wines in this kit, Tannat and Albarino are sterling examples of each variety. The grape and region that made New Zealand famous, Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough highlights a group of four wines that includes two Pinot Noirs from two different appellations on the South Island and a dry style Riesling from Central Otago, the southernmost wine appellation in the Southern Hemisphere.
The kit includes a selection of 6 wines (187 ml / 6.3 oz. each ) – easily enough for two people to taste. The wines have been carefully selected by a CIA wine and beverage professor to illustrate the concepts of the area of focus.
These kits are typically only available for CIA master’s degree students. After you order, you will receive a shipment notification when your order is processed to ship.
