It is the responsibility of us all to acknowledge this, to empower people to speak up, and to support our colleagues in sending a clear message that this behavior is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Here are three actions to build on the momentum of change.

The CMS-USA must be a North Star in modeling the leadership needed for transformation, not just for itself but for long overdue industry-wide reform. And I personally commit to helping as we embark on these changes and collaborative rebuild.
